Amy Winehouse's ex-husband has demanded a £6 million slice of her fortune, according to a report today.
The troubled singer was granted a 'quickie' divorce from Blake Fielder-Civil on Thursday following the breakdown of their high-profile marriage, however a financial settlement has yet to be agreed.
It is believed that Fielder-Civil claims that he is entitled to the sum because their first split in 2006 inspired the star's acclaimed album Back To Black.
A source close to Winehouse told the News Of The World: "Amy did write Back To Black when Blake left her, but why on earth should he be getting a dime for making her feel so bad? She was at her lowest ebb when she wrote that album. Her boyfriend had left her for another woman and she poured her heart and soul into the writing process.
"It's like saying that the man who writes a book about his murdered wife should give the murderer some of the profits."
The insider added: "The judge has given the Decree Nisi and the Decree Absolute will follow in six weeks. Blake has to make a claim before that but he has made it clear to Amy privately he wants millions. She believes she's right and Blake has no real case for a stake at her money."
Winehouse tied the knot with Fielder-Civil in a small Miami Beach ceremony two years ago.
