Tokyo Game Show 2009 is nearly upon us, and it looks like a familiar face will be delivering the keynote. Gametab (via Kotaku) is reporting that this year's speak will be handled by Sony Computer Entertainment president Kaz Hirai, who last delivered the keynote at TGS 2007. Hirai will be speaking on September, and his address will be titled "New Tactics For 2009." There will also be a panel discussion featuring executives from Capcom, Bandai Namco and Square Enix, who will go over tactics and strategy for global game makers. The last time Hirai delivered a keynote address at TGS, he revealed the much-requested DualShock 3. Last year's address was given by Square Enix president Yoichi Wada, who discussed possible ways by which Square Enix could recover its "lost position" in the global games market. The Tokyo Game Show will be running from September 24 - 27 at Makuhari Messe. For those who wish to attend, the show will be open to the public during the last two days of the event.
