We're lamenting the delay of titles like Splinter Cell: Conviction, and worrying about StarCraft II, but at least a few games will be making it out this holiday season.
Bethesda has announced that Artificial Mind and Movement's Wet is due to hit shelves in mid-September, a mere week ahead of Halo ODST. Despite their proximity to Bungie's juggernaut though, A2M is positive about their new title's prospects.
"We've worked really hard to make Wet different from any other action game available," said A2M Creative Director Patrick Fortier.
"When players experience the game's unique blend of gunplay, sword combat and acrobatics, they won't want to put the controller down."
Wet was one of the titles that Activision opted to drop after merging with Vivendi last year. Bethesda picked up the title in April, and will publish it on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Look for Wet on September 15.
