New Japan announced today that Team 3-D's IWGP title loss to Doug Williams & Brutus Magnus in TNA was not sanctioned by them and therefore Team 3-D remains the IWGP champions.

TNA is ignoring that as Williams and Magnus are set to defend the IWGP titles against Beer Money at the Hard Justice PPV on 8/16.

Oddly enough, in my EWR game, New Japan have pressured Team 3D to quit TNA to work exclusively for them, my EWR game must be psychic!
