WWE champion Randy Orton vs. John Cena in an I Quit Match will headline the Breaking Point PPV. If anyone interferes on the behalf of Orton, Orton loses the WWE championship.

Also announced is WWE Unified Tag Team champions Chris Jericho & Big Show vs. MVP & Mark Henry.
