--The Tachi Palace fight card features Bellator Fighting Championship featherweight champ Joe Soto (7-0) of Porterville, Calif. Soto is taking a fight while Bellator finds him an opponent to face him in his first title defense early next year.
--Current Featherweight King of Pancrase and Sengoku Featherweight Grand Prix semi-finalist, Marlon Sandro (14-1) has been added to the line-up for Sengoku 11, which is scheduled to take place on Nov. 7 at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo. WVR has confirmed Sandro’s squaring off against the Cage Force Featherweight title holder, Yuji Hoshino (16-7-7). Hoshino holds a record of one win and a draw against the former Sengoku Lightweight champion, Satoru Kitaoka.
--Noah Thomas (13-5 MMA, 0-1 WEC), who made his promotional debut as a replacement for Eddie Wineland at WEC 41, again serves as a replacement fighter (for Rafael Rebello) and fights Scott Jorgensen (6-3 MMA, 2-2 WEC) at "WEC 43: Cerrone vs. Henderson.
--"The Ultimate Fighter 10" saw a ratings slip in week two that results in a 29 percent drop. The second episode, which aired Sept. 23, drew 2.9 million viewers and 2.2 household rating; an additional one million viewers tuned in for an immediate replay. It remains the second-most-watched episode in "TUF" history.
--Ultimate Fighter veterans battled last week when Season 3 participant Danny Abbadi faced Shonie Carter from Season 2. Carter lost on September 5 to Derrick Noble but that did not deter him from picking up the KO victory at 4:23 of the first round. Abbadi's record falls to measly 3-6.
