Former WWE star Jeff Hardy is scheduled for court at 9:30 a.m. this morning at Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, N.C. Hardy will enter his plea in response to several drug-related charges he is faced with after his arrest earlier this month.
There are three separate court cases filed under Hardy's name and six charges altogether. Following is a list of categories and charges.
Case 1 - Felony drug trafficking, Two felony charges of possession of a Schedule III controlled substance or drug. (3)
Case 2 - Felony possession of cocaine, Felony maintaining a dwelling for redistribution of controlled substances. (2)
Case 3 - Misdemeanor Possession of drug paraphernalia. (1)
There are 128 court cases listed on the district court docket for Wednesday morning. Hardy will enter his plea and a subsequent court date will most likely be determined based on Hardy's stated decision.
