Tito Ortiz Says Mark Coleman will not Be Facing Him At UFC 106

According to Tito Ortiz’s official Twitter page, Mark “The Hammer” Coleman won’t be able to make his fight against the former UFC light heavyweight champion on November 21st at UFC 106. “Coleman,coleman,coleman to bad he sissies out!!! Who’s next??? I’m kicking someone’s ass on Nov 21st!” Ortiz tweeted.

Although there has been no official announcement from the UFC, Coleman apparently suffered an unspecified injury during training, at which point he contacted UFC officials regarding his lame status.

Based on Ortiz’s tweet, he’s still hellbent on keeping his appointment inside the Mandalay Bay Event Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The question now is, who will be standing opposite him as he prepares to end his 18-month MMA hiatus?

Brock Lesnar is scheduled to defend his UFC heavyweight title against undefeated Shane Carwin in the main event.

Mark Coleman’s manger, Mike DiSabato, is lashing out at Tito Ortiz following his Tweet last night in which he called Coleman a "sissy."

Today, DiSabato fired back and held nothing back.

“Mark Coleman is not a talker, he is a fighter. He is a Hall of Famer who has fought a who’s who of great fighters. Tito says ’sissy’? Please. He can prove Coleman is a sissy on January 2nd if he wants,” DiSabato told Fighters Only.

“Coleman has already asked (the) UFC to push it back, but it is not in Mark’s hands as he will do what is good for (the) UFC and what his employer thinks is best for the promotion. I got to think if Tito really wants to fight Mark he can ask Joe Silva to give him Coleman on January 2nd.”

Turns out that Ortiz spoke out of turn in regards to Coleman’s dismissal as it appears Coleman has suffered a torn MCL.

“The only thing Coleman is afraid of when it comes to Tito is contracting swine flu from that dirty ass d-bag. We all know where he lays his head down at night. Tito wants to get personal with a legend? OK, let’s get personal – we can all go to our porn collections and watch what Tito sleeps with night after night,” said DiSabato.

After Mark Coleman’s manager, Mark DiSabato, went on the attack on Tito Ortiz yesterday (full story), many MMA fans were anxious to see former UFC light heavyweight champ Tito Ortiz’ response to the forbidden disses. However, there was nothing from “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy’s” corner until late last night when Mrs. Tito Ortiz, aka ex-pornstar Jenna Jameson, chimed in via her Twitter account.

The sexy starlet posted five different comments regarding the ordeal beginning at 9PM PT. We have put them in chronological order for you, and left all of the grammatical and spelling errors for your enjoyment …

“i am sad to see that Mark Coleman must rely on his mouuthpiece to do his cleanup work for dropping out…”

“he feels that taking personal stabs at my character, will help hom get a payday with Tito…”

“lets keep it in the octagon, Coleman…. shall we?”

“I chuckle at the fact that Titos apponents are so desperate, that they need to say terrible things about me… go ice you knee, mark”

“its a sad day in MMA, when a fighter and his “manager” attacks a new mommy in order to get attention. – wish him luck with rehab…”

In case you missed it, Tito started this nonsense on Monday night when he Tweeted that Coleman was a “sissy” for pulling out of their UFC 106 fight. That caused DiSabato to go-off yesterday, attacking Ortiz and his world-famous wife (full story).

Disabato stated that Coleman had no choice but to withdraw from the bout after he tore his MCL, however they would be more than happy to reschedule for a later date, possibly UFC 108 in January.

It’s been a battle of words between Mark Coleman’s manager Mike DiSabato and Tito Ortiz’s wife Jenna Jameson. It all started when Tito Ortiz tweeted that Coleman was a “sissy” for not fighting him on November 21st at UFC 106. It was later revealed that the fighter had to back out due to a torn MCL, but the disparaging comments made against Coleman had already made way to Coleman’s manager, DiSabato, who was angered by Ortiz’s words.

“The only thing Coleman is afraid of when it comes to Tito is contracting swine flu from that dirty ass d-bag," DiSabato stated. "We all know where he lays his head down at night. Tito wants to get personal with a legend? OK, let’s get personal – we can all go to our porn collections and watch what Tito sleeps with night after night.”

It didn’t take long for Ortiz’s wife, Jenna Jameson, to fire back against DiSabato’s comments. The new mother of twins tweeted, "I am sad to see that Mark Coleman must rely on his mouthpiece to do his cleanup work for dropping out. He feels that taking personal stabs at my character will help him get a payday with Tito."

Soon after, DiSabato put a phone call into Fighters Only and apologized for his “emotional comments.”

“When I said what I said, I was very emotional," DiSabato admitted. "It was me responding without thinking, and that’s not really my style.

”In retrospect I should not have made those comments. It is not my style to talk about another man’s wife like that and it is not something that we want associated with Mark Coleman. Those comments were mine and not Mark’s but it is still not the kind of thing this sport is about.”

Disabato has stated they would be more than happy to reschedule the fight for a later date, possibly UFC 108 in January.
