The 26-year-old will be performing her solo single Fight For This Love on the show.
And despite taking to the stage hundreds of times as part of Girls Aloud, the Geordie star admits she's nervous.
Cheryl said: "I'm absolutely terrified. The nerves started weeks ago.
"It's really here and happening on Saturday. I love performing but I've sat for weeks judging people and now I'm putting myself out there to be judged."
But singer and songwriter Taio Cruz does not think she has anything to worry about.
He has penned one of the tracks on her upcoming album and described her latest track as "soulful sounding" and admits he "didn't think her voice could do that".
