Sources say WWE had been working on the plans for Bragging Rights through as late as Saturday afternoon. As booking for the PPV preoccupied the early part of the weekend, the belief is that Monday’s WWE RAW will be one of the “on the fly” shows that was largely booked at the last minute (Sunday and early Monday).
