Rob Van Dam was on Monday Night Mayhem and one of the hosts Mosh asked RVD if TNA sounds more interesting now with the signing of Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan.

RVD replied stating “With Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff in TNA now it‘s a very interesting time in the wrestling business, and in a positive way. Now that Hogan and Bischoff are there, it is definitely putting a lot of energy on TNA, a lot of focus, a lot of eyes. Now if they can follow up with it, they can utilize that and really really grow. I don’t normally put faith in the writers, it’s not a very safe bet to do, and that is very necessary because if you‘re still in the small arenas and still have the same lack of big merchandise deals and exposure, then basically what you’ve done is written some big checks and pissed off a lot of the other guys, who feel like they been paying their dues and the money should be coming their way, but they gotta understand business.

Those people aren’t Hulk Hogan. It doesn’t matter if they been working for no money for 10 years and then hoping it will come back around to you. If you are not main event material or marketable that people are gonna buy tickets to go see, then you are gonna continue working for cheap or not gonna work at all, and that’s what a lot of them gotta realize too. It is more appealing because it raises the stakes. I have had conversations on business levels with both companies and it seems that neither company wants me to sign with the other company. Interesting. I’m not looking to go out and go somewhere. Still a good chance I won’t do anything, but still appealing than it was a couple weeks ago, you got me there.”

RVD would be greatness in TNA, especially if he came in as a heel. When he was the 'Whole F'n Show', RVD was at his very best. Love to see him in the ring with AJ.
