It already seemed like an inevitability to anyone following the lucrative comics-to-movies-to-games business, but Marvel's recent quarterly financial report (via Gamespot) confirmed it: Captain America and Thor will be getting their own videogames in 2011. The two games are planned to arrive alongside the pair of summer movies based on the characters, with the Thor flick currently shooting for a May of 2011 release, and The First Avenger: Captain America scheduled to hit theaters in July of that year.
Sega -- also responsible for the Incredible Hulk and Iron Man tie-ins -- will be handling the development/publishing duties for the Thor and Captain America games. Other than that, little else is known about the projects.
