Backstage: 2 Injured at Survivor Series

--There was a legit injury at the Survivor Series PPV as Scott Armstrong, the ref, in the middle of a brawl, saw Sheamus lose his footing and nailed the back of Armstrong's head with a knee. He suffered a legit concussion and was removed from the match as soon as it happened.


--Rey Mysterio has needed surgery for quite some time now. It's possible that the angle last night at Survivor Series was a way to get him off TV and allow him to get the surgery he needs.
