Forums, threads, members and more urls change for vB 4.0

Just an update on a change I have made to UOW. You may not notice but the urls for threads, forums, posts etc have changed now. If you know vbseo, you will recognize the change but I am not using vbseo, this is a very cool part of vB 4.0 that we can utilise.

The changes are to help with search engine rankings. You all may remember the old way urls for threads etc use to look

Most of you will not care about this but I thought I would mention this in case members were concerned about the funny way the urls were looking. UOW is doing quite well in search rankings considering we have never used vBseo and some forums have paid alot of money to use it and we are just behind them or actually beating them in a search lol but with this we should be able to do a whole lot better.

A quick note, the old urls will still work, so no need to change links if you have them somewhere.

Ofcourse with updates still to come, anything can happen with code changing so we will keep an eye on this. As always if you have any comments or find any problems, please tell us, sometimes this is the only way we can find them and fix them.
