According to her twitter account, Dixie Carter is currently in times square to check out the billboard and greeting fans. Some Vince McMahon would not be caught dead doing.

She is certainly moving out and about more lately but I am glad to hear she has pulled back her intended involvement with the upcoming Hogan vs Foley (which was suppose to be Hogan vs Dixie) angle. It worked well with Vince but I just don't see it with her.
