In an interview with the Manila Standard Today, Batista made some interesting remarks when it comes to WWE's young superstars.

“We’re dinosaurs in this age of instant gratification. We are not just athletes, we are also storytellers and I don’t see that in the newcomers.”

According to the article, Batista seems himself as "fat and retired" in five years. If he still works for WWE, he anticipates it will be in a behind-the-scenes capacity.

I'm sitting here trying to think of a younger wrestler WORSE than Batista. Kofi? Nope. DiBiase? Nope. Rhodes? Nope. Yoshi? Nope. Sheamus? Nope. Um, Batista might wanna think about keeping quiet and just enjoying his spot in the company for as long as it last.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Exactly. If he wasn't in Evolution he would be just another big talentless stiff.
