It's not the Japanese nWo theme, it's simply a soundalike that was created because they didn't have the rights to the actual song. The CD also had tracks for Hogan (a Voodoo Child rip off), Eric Bischoff, Buff Bagwell (used as his entrance theme), Scott Norton (used for the Jung Dragons), Konnan (used in WCW Mayhem), and others.
The theme was also used in WCW Nitro and WCW/nWo Thunder video games as seen below.
