Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez has decided to move up to welterweight to make a run at the title
Diego has said that the cut to 155 is very hard on him in the past and that 170 is the ideal weight class for him

idk about al of u but im glad to see diego back at 170
maybe he will get his much deserved rematch with kos and someone will finally shut kos's mouth

Yeah, but Koscheck has only gotten better since then. We'll see, I suppose.

but diego has improved since then too and kos has good takedown defense but definetly not as good as bj penn and i think diego would take him down and ground and pound

dude Koscheck is an all amereican wrestler diego aint gettin a takedown lol koscheak can take diego down whenever he wants , I also think Kos as heavier hands and a more crisp standup so diego is screwed

kos's stand up is decent but not at diego's level and kos can take anyone down but does nothing with them on the ground
kos isn't able to match diego's skill set
