RAW Results - 8th February 2010
Location - Lafayette, Louisiana
Announcers - Michael Cole & Jerry "The King" Lawler

We begin with a look back at last week’s return of Bret Hart as he makes his monthly appearance on Raw. After seeing what happened in January, it is time to see what happened last week with Batista coming to the aid of Vince McMahon to form the new Corporation.

We are live from Lafayette, Louisiana and your announcers are Jerry Lawler and Michael ‘ Cole.

Since we have a NASCAR driver as our host, it is time to spinout the car in the parking lot. Carl drives into the building and he makes his first appearance of the night.

Instead of Carl Edwards, Hornswoggle comes out of the car and he does crotch chops because we haven’t seen that enough from the little guy.

Kelly Kelly is in the ring to be the official ring announcer for the Guest Host. Carl Edwards comes through the regular entrance because there isn’t enough room in the car for the Official Arm Candy of the guest hosts in the car. Carl does a back flip from the top turnbuckle.

Carl welcomes everyone to Raw and he gets in a cheap pop for mentioning that Louisiana is the home of the Super Bowl champions. Carl mentions that his Super Bowl and Wrestlemania is next Sunday. Carl mentions Joey Logano and Kyle Busch as previous guest hosts. Carl says that he has something that they didn’t. Carl says that he has a friend in the WWE and that man is John Cena.

Sheamus makes his way to the ring and he has something to say to the guest host. Sheamus says that his Super Bowl is in seven weeks and that is Wrestlemania. Sheamus says that he plans to be WWE Champion at Wrestlemania so he demands that he be made the last participant in the Elimination Chamber match. He says that he doesn’t want Edwards to do any favors for his buddy because he was beaten up by Batista. Sheamus tells Carl that he is a guest on his show so he will do what he tells him or Carl might not make it to Daytona.

Strange music for Raw plays and the ECW/NXT Champion Christian comes to the ring. Christian says that it is nice to meet Carl and he introduces himself as the ECW Champion. Christian says that NASCAR is getting huge in Canada. Sheamus wants to know what Christian is doing here. Christian says that he had something to say to Sheamus. Christian talks about Edge’s comments last week and how there was no mention of the ECW title last week. Christian then comments about how ECW is going off the air in a few weeks for the Next Evolution of WWE programming. Sheamus calls Christian a lame duck champion but Christian retorts and says that Sheamus is the one who is lame. Christian talks about how Sheamus pays a lot for hair gel and trimmers, but wonders what happened to the money for the tanning salons. Sheamus calls Christian a comedian and then he says that Christian will be unemployed in two weeks.

Christian says that every ECW superstar will be a free agent and can sign on whatever show they want to. Christian says that his peeps on Raw were starting to miss him and he figured he would dip his toes in the water and then challenge Sheamus to a match tonight. Christian tells Carl that they can make history by having this match. Christian even says that they don’t have last names. Carl likes the idea and the match will happen now.

Cena suggests that Vince is behind all of this. If he doesn’t get to fight Batista tonight, he would like to talk to Vince McMahon. Cena invites the Chairman to the ring.

There is NO CHANCE that Vince McMahon wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to come out to discuss things with John Cena. However, Vince is joined by a handful of security while Vince prepares for his Mardi Gras march.

Cena points out that Vince has ten security guards and then he asks Vince if that is enough. Cena tells Vince to come out with a tank next time. Cena says that Vince can come into the ring and talk like men or Cena sends them in and he will take care of them. After that is done, Cena says he will be a bit more angry.

When God created the heavens and the Earth, it wasn’t Adam he had in mind, it was him. Vince admits to bringing out Batista and he says there was some compensation involved. It was because he screwed Bret. Vince asks Cena if he saw him spitting in Bret’s face last week. Vince says that he enjoyed that, but he had nothing to do with the attack by Batista on Cena. Cena wonders if it was convenient that Batista attacked him last night. Vince suggests that it is because Cena eliminated him in the Royal Rumble. Vince also suggests that he doesn’t like Cena. Vince says that he doesn’t like Cena either and he mentions his merchandise. Vince says that he likes Cena when it comes to business and then Cena interrupts and asks if it is about the money. Cena says that he knows that everyone has to make a living, but Cena says that he does it because he loves it. He says that he does it for the moment and then he gets the cheap pop by mentioning the Saints Super Bowl win. Cena tells Daddy Warbucks that you can’t put a price on that. Cena says that he does it for moments like the Elimination Chamber match. He says that he will walk out of that match as the WWE Champion. He does it for moments like Wrestlemania 26 when he is in front of 75,000 people holding the WWE Title up high. He says that all of the WWE Superstars do it for the moment. Cena says that the Hall of Famers do it for the moment. He mentions Hall of Famers like Bret Hart. Cena says that he talked to Bret Hart and Bret says that he would like another moment. Cena says that Bret said that he would like to wrestle another match and he wants that match to be at Wrestlemania against Vince McMahon.

Vince says that Bret doesn’t want that but Cena says that he does. Cena tells Vince that it is Vince’s time for his Wrestlemania moment. He asks Vince if he is about the money or is he about the moment and Cena points at the Wrestlemania sign. Vince says that he is about the money and the moment and then he says that he doesn’t think Bret wants any of him. Cena wants to know if it is going to be yes or no. Vince says yes. Cena tells Vince that he has one more person to tell and then Cena walks up the ramp. Vince tells Bret that he is in an igloo in Calgary. He reminds Bret that he doesn’t want to be embarrassed like he was embarrassed last week. Time for a look back at footage from last week.

From out of nowhere, Bret Hart comes into the ring and he attacks Vince and then Bret takes care of security. Vince is escorted out of the ring by the rest of security as Bret takes care of the two men in the ring. Vince tells Bret that before he goes anywhere, Vince has changed his mind about Wrestlemania because Bret deserves to be screwed.

Bret destroys some lights and then he returns to the ring. Bret rearranges the announce table and destroys the monitors. Down goes the announce table. Bret goes into the ring and we go to credits.
