The WWE website teases that all Superstars from the ECW brand may be drafted with the following line: "Check out Christian and the rest of the final ECW roster before the Superstars are drafted to either Raw or SmackDown."

It doesn't sound like they'll be having an actual draft for it. I think that the superstars will just be split up between the shows and will show up periodically over the next few weeks.
