-- There was a production error during Rey Mysterio’s entrance. The error was not shown on the PPV broadcast. Mysterio was set to be shot into the air via trap door, but the entrance failed to work. Mysterio was forced to crawl out of the hole, on to the stage, which wasn’t seen on PPV.
