According to FightersOnly, Cheick Kongo is scheduled to be on the UFC 116 card. Although no opponent is official the most likely name appears to be Ultimate Fighter 10 winner Roy Nelson. Kongo is coming off a TKO victory over Paul Buentello at UFC on VS. 1 while Nelson defeated Stefan Struve by KO at UFC Fight Night 21.
