Former Ultimate Fighting Championship light-heavyweight champion Rashad Evans is featured on Tuesday's new edition of "Deadliest Warrior" on Spike TV.

Evans helps the show's hosts determine the effectiveness of Pancration, an ancient form of mixed martial arts.

The show airs at 10 p.m. ET/PT, and replays air throughout the week.

In each episode of "Deadliest Warrior," two historical warriors and their weapons are used to determine which of them is the "deadliest" based upon tests performed by the hosts: a biomedical scientist/high-speed camera operator, a medical consultant and a programmer.

After collecting data, simulations are run to determine a likely winner, and a dramatization of the warriors' battle to the death then concludes the episode.

UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell appeared on the show during its first season. He battered slabs of beef with weapons, such as a cestus, that were used by ancient Roman gladiators. In the episode, it was determined an Apache warrior was likely to defeat the gladiator.

Evans' episode is titled "Attila the Hun vs. Alexander the Great."

Evans next returns to action at UFC 114. Next month's event takes place in Las Vegas and features Evans vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson in the headliner.
