The creators and executive producers of Smallville have reportedly signed up to work on a remake of Charlie's Angels.
Deadline claims that Miles Millar and Al Gough have agreed to write a new script for the project, which was first announced in November.
The show, which is being developed by ABC, was never made into a pilot. The network is now hoping that Millar and Gough will create an episode that can be considered off-cycle.
Drew Barrymore, who starred in the Charlie's Angels movies, will executive produce alongside Nancy Juvonen and original Charlie's Angels producer Leonard Goldberg. Millar and Gough will also become executive producers.
