Janet Jackson is reportedly considering embarking on a new concert tour.
The popstar was "blown away" by the positive reaction to her performance on the recent American Idol finale, a source told TMZ.
Jackson is now said to be "seriously entertaining" the idea of going back out on the road before the year ends.
The 44-year-old has agreed to perform at the Essence Music Festival in July in New Orleans.
Jackson's last tour was in 2002.
