for me it was the smell of vanilla and hint of mint... my grandmother who helped inspire me to cook always that faint smell of vanilla around her... and she used mint leaves to give flavor to her coffee and she was always surrounded in it!

Grass that has just been mowed

Freshly mowed grass and my mums dressing gown... When she used to go away I'd sleep with it just cuz it smelt like her. I attempted to steal it when I had to come back to Aust and leave her in America but she wouldn't let me.
