The reason Windham Rotunda (Husky Harris) was on NXT and his brother, Taylor Rotunda (Bo Rotunda in FCW) wasn’t given a shot is because WWE right now had an unwritten rule about as a general rule, not wanting anyone under 21 on the main roster. Too much temptation on the road and they would be underage if caught drinking. Lucky Cannon apparently wasn’t given his FCW name, Johnny Prime, because they don’t want anymore John’s on the roster.
