Harry Potter's Rupert Grint has revealed that he hopes to play a completely different role in his next movie projects.
The 21-year-old actor, who is best known for playing Ron Weasley in the wizard films, admitted that he wants to find an "escape" from being "typecast" over the part.
Speaking to PA, he said: "I'd do literally anything, anything that's quite different with big characters would be good - someone dark and insane would be quite cool.
"As we're closing to an end now, we're about to step out into the real world, which is quite a scary thought. We're looking to keep going and find different roles and a way to escape getting typecast. But with Ron, I think I'll be okay."
Grint stars in the forthcoming hitman comedy Wild Target, which is released this Friday in the UK
