According to TMZ, the pair were spotted dining at the Matsuhisa sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills on Sunday night.
The couple reportedly began dating in 2008 but split almost a year later.
Lohan was recently sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her parole in connection with her DUI case.
