MTV & Wrestling?

On February 9, Big Vision Entertainment (http://www.bigvisionentertainment.com/) will film the pilot for a new wrestling show requested by MTV. PWInsider reports it will be fused with MTV & feature music with reality based wrestling & angles.

Big Vision Entertainment (http://www.bigvisionentertainment.com/) distributed Hardcore Homecoming, the Vince Russo/Ed Ferrera shoot, & a Jeff & Matt Hardy shoot.

PWInsider reports the show includes Vampiro, Sean Waltman, P.J. Polaco (Justin Credible), New Jack, Jack Evans, Matt Sydal, & Teddy Hart. Hart may also be involved with putting this show together.

SoCalUncensored.com (http://www.socaluncensored.com/) has listed the following as dark matches for those who may get a contract if the show gets picked up:

*Disco Machine/Joey Ryan/Topgun Talwar vs. Scorpio Sky/Zokre/Phoenix Star
*Puma vs. Tommy Williams
*Human Tornado vs. Delirious vs. Luke

Announcements have also gone out for a "hip and trendy 'MTV style' commentator that can grab hold of the action. Should be 20-30, quick on his/her feet and very attractive"

Limited numbers of tickets were available at PWG this weekend & via e-mail at steve@socaluncensored.com with the subject "MTV TICKETS", including your name, address, & e-mail by February 2.

MTV has both the able to advrtise and the money to make this promotion big. They could easily get something going if they get the right people to run it. They look like they have an okay line up, for the first show, but they could get better. If done right this could definatly be a force in the wrestling world, they should also try and stay away from labelling it MTV wrestling, get a proper name, just feature it on their channel and own it etc just don't call it MTV wrestling or anything like that.

didnt they do this before with the WWE in a little thing called Tough enough and that didnt look so successful to me, I mean the wwe did hire alot of the competitors who from all 3 toughenoughs but I mean you got alot of unknown wrestlers besides vampiro and a few others but hopefully this can be a good show to show light on some unknowns and make them better

New Jack is a hot head and hard to work with. Many even ECW Alumni have said so !

I know that. you can tell by whatching beyond the mat, but what do you expect from a fuckin bounty hunter. His matches are cool though, nothing but utter violence.
