George Michael has reportedly been charged with driving under the influence of drink and drugs.
The singer was also charged with possession of cannabis, reports Sky News.
Michael was freed on bail following his arrest this morning.
He is due to appear before Highbury magistrates on August 24.
The 47-year-old was arrested last month after crashing his car into a shop.
