Former TNA backstage interviewer Lauren Thompson was asked on her Twitter page why she left the company. "Just felt it was time to focus on being a TV host," Thompson responded. "I do miss everyone there, really loved it." You can follow Thompson at Twitter.com/OfficialLBT.
Powell's POV: Thompson did a really nice job during her run with TNA. She was included in the silliness of being Abyss's love interest, but she always did a nice job with the backstage interviews by not attempting to steal the spotlight and instead letting the wrestlers be the focus. She currently works for The Golf Channel and hosts The College Sports Minute.
