8/26 - CZW World Champion and Tournament of Death Champion collide at "Down with the Sickness!"
CZW has been very active over the last couple days, fresh with new and exclusive promos and video statements from the Combat Zone locker room in preparation for our huge return to South Philly on FRIDAY, September 10th for the annual “Down with the Sickness” event to celebrate the life of Chris Cash. Most recently, we have heard from two of CZW’s top stars in World Heavyweight Champion JON MOXLEY, and reigning Tournament of Death Champion SCOTTY VORTEKZ, two men who we have now learned will do battle at “Down with the Sickness” with CZW’s richest prize on the line. It’s CZW’s two most honored stars, and they are doing battle for the first time under such circumstances. Who will come out on top with all the chips on the line? We will find out on FRIDAY, September 10th at “DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS”!
Also, for those who may have missed it, August’s “TANGLED WEB 3” was one of the most violent, and most talked about shows of the year. In addition to a loaded undercard, the Tangled Web main event once again re-wrote the standards for Ultraviolence as we know it, and nearly ended the career, and life of CZW owner DJ HYDE. In case you missed that unforgettable night, we are happy to announce that the event is now available on DVD from our good friends at Smart Mark Video.
-And for those fans who are still looking to prepare for the huge return of the AERIAL ASSAULT match at “Down with the Sickness”, CZW Commentator Jake Black’s exclusive podcast featuring participants in the matchup is now available to stream for FREE at CZW.
