Slash has filed for divorce from long-time wife Perla Ferrar.
The Guns N' Roses rocker - born Saul Hudson - filed the necessary documents on Monday with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split.
“I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash’s perspective the split is amicable," his rep told People.
He is said to be seeking joint custody of the couple's two children, 8-year-old London and 4-year-old Cash.
Slash and Ferrar married in 2001.
