Chris Jericho posted the following on his twitter account:
"Now that the new cast has been announced I can tell u that I was asked to be a part of DWTS this season. Didn't work out scheduling wise, but I hope I can be a part of DWTS in the very near future."
It would have been interesting to see how Jericho would fare on the show. He was in the short-lived FOX reality show "Celebrity
Duets" but was hampered by the poor musical choices given to him by producers. I still don't understand how he ended up eliminated first, either, when there were far worse performers on that show.
