Shia LaBeouf has stated that Michael Douglas is remaining strong throughout his battle with cancer.
LaBeouf, who stars with Douglas in the upcoming movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, told Access Hollywood that he believes the actor will recover from the disease.
"He’s the epitome of strength. He’s a wolf. He’s not looking for empathy or sympathy at all," LaBeouf said this weekend at the Toronto Film Festival.
LaBeouf continued: "Cancer picked the wrong guy when he picked him. He’s a strong man. He’s got a good support system though. Good family, good friends. He’ll be fine."
