As expected, former WEC featherweight champ turned 135-pounder Urijah Faber will return to action against Japanese star Takeya Mizugaki at WEC 52 on November 11th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The bantamweights were originally slated to square off at WEC 50 last month, however "The California Kid" was forced to withdraw due to a knee injury. WEC General Manager Reed Harris today confirmed the long-rumored bout during a media conference call.
WEC 52 takes place inside The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The night's main card airs live on Versus.
According to Harris, tickets for the show go on sale later this week.
