Rebecca Sky, who is easily one of the best assets Lucha Libre USA has, noted on her twitter she was having surgery today to remove a tumor. Our best to her on a quick recovery.

Amarillo, Texas (September 13, 2010) – Lucha Libre USA is proud to announce that on October 24 Masked Warriors will be coming to the Amarillo Civic Center in Amarillo Texas. This special event, presented by Telemundo Amarillo and La Mejor, starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the Civic Center Box Office, United Supermarkets, Amigos, charge by phone at 806-378-3096 or online at www.panhandletickets.com. Reserved-seat tickets start at $10! VIP tickets starting at $35 will receive a special meet-and-greet with Lucha Libre USA Superstar Wrestlers one hour before doors open!
The show will feature the highest level of professional wrestlers, directly from Mexico. Fans of professional wrestling will have the opportunity to witness the high flying and explosive action that only Lucha Libre USA can deliver.
Lucha Libre USA: Masked Warriors is the first English language Lucha Libre television series and is filmed for broadcast on MTV2 and Tr3́s: MTV Música y Más. The series launched on July 16th and has become one of the most talked about new shows on the air.
Featuring amazing aerial acrobatics and elaborate masks, Lucha Libre is a significant part of Mexican culture. It is the best-attended live sporting event after soccer, which is the national sport. For the first time, Mexican-Americans will see their beloved traditional sport make the crossover from Latin television to American mainstream media.
