HEATHER Mills' stepdad claims she deserves a GBP200 million ($492.94 million) divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney. Charles Stapley, who lives in a one-bedroom flat in a council block in south London, said Mills was "a very confused young woman" but no gold-digger. The actor, who was in the TV soap Crossroads, told the Evening Standard: "She didn't beg him to marry her. He was quite grown-up when he married her." Sir Paul is thought to have offered Heather 30 million pounds following the four-year marriage.
