A prisoner mistakenly released from court in Northern Ireland has been returned to jail, the Prison Service said.
Connelly James Cummins, who is facing charges of aggravated vehicle taking, using a motor vehicle without insurance and theft, was freed in error at Downpatrick Magistrates' Court on October 1.
He was brought to Lisburn Magistrates' Court by police.
The PSNI is still looking for another man released in error. Devidas Paliutis, 27, appeared at Newry Magistrates' Court via a video link accused of rape.
The Prison Service was told by the court that the holding charges had been withdrawn but did not realise he had been returned for trial to crown court on other charges.
