JON MADSEN VS. GILBERT YVEL

Round 1 - With heavyweights in the cage, referee "Big" John McCarthy oversees the evening's first fight. Yvel keeps his distance early as the two circle cautiously. Madsen makes the first move in, but he doesn't commit. Boos come 30 seconds in. Very cautious start by both fighters. One minute in, and Madsen fakes a right hand and drives in for the takedown. Yvel is on his back in an open guard as he tries to defend. Yvel's head against the cage, and Madsen delivers right hands. Yvel is pinned on the ground, and Madsen shucks his legs aside and starts to unleash punches. Many of them are hitting the arms, but Yvel isn't showing any ability to escape. Some 20 punches come in, and McCarthy has to wave off the fight. Jon Madsen def. Gilbert Yvel via TKO (punches) - Round 1, 1:48.

CHRIS CAMOZZI VS. DONGI YANG

Round 1 - Referee Jason Herzog oversees the action. Camozzi towers over Yang in the center. Yang moves forward and lands a nice outside leg kick. Camozzi circling left and lands a nice combination. Yang returns to the low kick. Camozzi tries one of his own, but Yang catches it, closes the distance and tosses Camozzi to the floor with a bodylock. Yang with a clean hammerfist. He works aggressively to pass the guard. Camozzi tries to hold him up with a triangle choke, but Yang passes it and continues to punch. Camozzi works to his knees, and Yang tries to take the back. Camozzi feels the moves and reverses the position. Camozzi on top, but he returns to the feet, and Yang follows. Camozzi kicks to the body. Yang punches over the top. Camozzi lands a nice right hand that seems to stun Yang. Camozzi grabs a Thai clinch and delivers a knee before Yang pushes him away. More lead rights by Camozzi. Yang lands a nice two-punch combination, but Camozzi fires right back. Yang takes a second to tug at his knee pads. Both fighters have their mouths wide open, but Yang is moving straight in, and Camozzi is capitalizing on the lack of angles. That said, Camozzi walks into a straight that snaps his head back. Close round, but MMAjunkie.com sees it for Camozzi, 10-9, based on the more effective strikes. Very close.

Round 2 - Camozzi with an early kick, but Yang pushes in and secures a takedown. Camozzi tires to scramble up and briefly exposes his back. Yang can't secure it and Camozzi elevates and pops out the back door. Camozzi tries to jab at distance. Camozzi kicks, and Yang grabs it and pushes in again. He pulls away from the clinch after a stalemate. On the restart, Yang finds a home for a few straight punches. Camozzi scampers away after eating a few to the chin. Halfway in. Yang pushing in with more frequency. Camozzi settling for low kicks that aren't doing much damage. Camozzi does fire a knee into the body, and he secures a bodylock while pushing Yang into the cage. Can't capitalize, and Yang pulls away. Camozzi really seems to be hunting for the Thai clinch. Camozzi does land a knee, but Yang lands a straight punch up top. Camozzi telegraphs a shot, but Yang sprawls out. Both fighters settling for single striking attacks. Camozzi tries to rush in during the closing seconds, but Yang lands the counter. Another close round, but MMAjunkie.com gives Yang the nod, 10-9.

Round 3 - Yang takes the center, and the crowd applauds in hopes of an explosive third. Two jabs score for Camozzi, but Yang delivers a power shot. Yang tries for a takedown but catches a knee to the gut. Yang the aggressor, but Camozzi's reach a challenge at times. Camozzi lands a few glancing counter shots. A left straight for Camozzi wobbles Yang, and the crowd comes back to life. Yang tries for a hip toss, but Camozzi remains upright. Yang's face busted up from that power blow, but Camozzi resets at distance rather than remain on the attack. Yang telegraphs a shot, but Camozzi stuffs it, lands a high knee and a right to the chin as Yang moves away. Camozzi gets one knee from the clinch. Yang escapes, but he looks done halfway in. Inside leg kick from Camozzi. He follows with a glancing uppercut. Yang lands a lead hook but doesn't follow with more. Camozzi pushes in, but Yang slides to the side and moves to the back in a standing position. Camozzi tries to secure a kimura from the spot, but Yang circles away. Less then a minute. Big inside leg kick from Camozzi. Both fighters come up short on punches. Camozzi drops in a fee knees in the closing seconds, and he should have done enough to take the fight. MMAjunkie.com sees the final round for Camozzi, 10-9, and awards him the fight, 29-28. Chris Camozzi def. Dongi Yang via split decision (28-29, 29-28, 29-28).

SAM STOUT VS. PAUL TAYLOR

Round 1 - Referee Herb Dean makes his first appearance of the night. Taylor with an early low kick. They trade low kicks. Stout pushing in early with quick hands. Taylor fighting against the cage and delivering low kicks with his rangy legs. Stout cutting off the cage. Taylor does punch his way out. Taylor continues to land solid low kicks and digs a punch into the body. Taylor's nose bleeding already two minutes in. Taylor firing back in the pocket, but Stout continues to throw punches in bunches. Taylor lands a nice right. Stout measures a nice right hand. Good scrap so far. Neither wobbled, but a few shots have really landed flush for both. Taylor's leg kicks adding up. Probably not enough for him to earn this round, but later rounds could be interesting. One minute left. Stout kicks to the legs but slips. Stout continues to land in bunches, but Taylor is there to answer every time. Stout ducks in for the takedown at the clapper. Good stuff by both, but MMAjunkie.com awards the busier fighter in the round, 10-9 for Stout.

Round 2 - Taylor works the low kicks again early, and one catches the cup. Stout wants a quick return, so no break. Stout returns to the low kick, as well. Taylor avoids one combination but eats another. Taylor lands a nice right hand. He catches Stout with another punch shortly after. Taylor in a counter role, but he really seems to be timing Stout well two minutes in. Stout continues to move in. He catches Taylor off-balance and dumps him to the deck, though Taylor pops right back up. Stout pushes in with a clinch briefly but backs away. Straight left for Stout. Taylor's nose bleeding, but he continues to land good strikes. Taylor hits the deck again after being caught off-balance, but he's right back up. One minute. Taylor shoots in, but Stout pulls away. Taylor kicks over Stout's head. Stout reaches at the end and eats a Taylor combo. Close round again, but MMAjunkie.com believes Taylor landed the better blows and awards him the round, 10-9.

Round 3 - Back to the center again, and both fighters look they've got plenty for the final round. Good exchanges early. Stout moving better this time and not eating the counters quite as much early. Shots traded by both. Stout remains the aggressor as Taylor tries to counter. Stout mixing in a few more kicks early on. Stout walks into a two-punch combination. Two minutes in. Taylor lands a high kick that sees Stout fall away to reset. Taylor coming up short on more strikes in this round. Stout still pushing in, but he's no getting away unfazed every time. Two minutes left. Stout still throwing punches in bunches, and he drops Taylor on a sweep. Taylor comes back with a nice straight. Taylor moves in behind a kick. Taylor lands a few uppercuts in the clinch. Final minute, and this is really up for grabs. Stout tries a takedown but is thwarted. Taylor works in several kicks in the closing seconds, and a few crisp punches to boot. Taylor dives in at the end, but Stout pushes him aside and the round ends. Another close round that could really go either way. MMAjunkie.com believes Taylor again landed the more effective shots and awards him the round 10-9, and the fight 29-28. MIKE GUYMON VS. DANIEL ROBERTS

Round 1 - Referee Jason Herzog in charge of the evening's final dark match. Roberts moves forward quickly, though Guymon pulls away and they circle. Roberts lands an early low kick that slaps loudly. Guymon with a right, but he slips. Roberts rushes in with a flurry. Guymon tries to tie up, and Roberts looks to secure the head in a guillotine choke. Guymon pushes away, but Roberts looks to have an anaconda. Guymon looks to be in trouble. He's got an arm in the hold from the front, but Roberts might have the angle. They go to their knees, and Roberts flips Guymon over and earns the tap. Daniel Roberts def. Mike Guymon via submission (anaconda choke) - Round 1, 1:13.

PATRICK COTE VS. TOM LAWLOR

Round 1 - Referee "Big" John McCarthy in charge as we go live on Spike TV. Lawlor jabs early and lands a right while moving into the clinch. He pushes Cote to the cage. Knees to the thigh and footstomps from Lawlor. One minute in, and crowd wants action. Lawlor changes levels and pulls Cote to his back. Cote works a closed guard underneath. Cote trying to control with overhooks. Lawlor gets a few short punches from the top, but it's not much. Halfway in. Cote keeping a closed guard. Boos come in, and McCarthy watching closely, but Lawlor staying just busy enough. Lawlor steps over and advances to the side. Cote keeps half-guard underneath. Cote against the cage without much room to work. Lawlor perhaps pacing himself. More boos, and Lawlor does open up with a few punches, but they're not finishing-type blows. Lawlor locks in an arm-triangle choke and steps over to lock it in. Cote rolls free of the hold quickly and works to a knee. Lawlor jumps the back, though he slips off the top. Cote tries to throw a few punches before the bell, but the round is all Lawlor, who takes it on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9.

Round 2 - Vote takes the middle. Lawlor circles and jabs. Leg kicks traded Lawlor lands a left and shoots in. Cote catches the neck and tries to crank a guillotine choke, but Lawlor pops out easily and pushes into the cage. Cote defends in the clinch. Lawlor drops down again and pulls the fight again to the floor in the exact spot in the cage we were at in round one. Cote pulls guard with his head against the cage. Halfway in. Crowd wants the fighters to get a little busier, but Lawlor doing enough from the top to keep the fight on the floor. Cote finally breaks the guard and scrambles up to his feet, but Lawlor is right there to press into the clinch. McCarthy tells the fighters to get busy, and Lawlor again drops down and pulls Cote to the floor. Cote tries to troll for a kimura on the bottom, but Lawlor has none of that. More short punches from the top, but the boos increase dramatically. McCarthy gives the fans what they want and puts the fighters back on the feet. Less than a minute, and Cote does get one uppercut in, but Lawlor also delivers a few punches and takes the round on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9.

Round 3 - Cote wants to bang, but Lawlor immediately with another takedown. He goes for the arm-triangle choke early. It looks promising, but Cote creates the room he needs to survive. Lawlor in half-mount. Cote rolls to his side and is trying to shrimp out from underneath. Instead, Lawlor keeps the pressure on from the top and advances to mount after a few strikes from top. Cote works to half-gaurd. Lawlor just absolutely smothering from the top. Halfway in, and Cote shows little chance of escape. Cote breaks briefly for an escape, but it's not there. Lawlor continues to press in. WIth a little more than two minutes, McCarthy calls for another restart. It doesn't take long before Lawlor shoots in again. Cote sprawls against the cage, but he's immediately on his back. Lawlor back to his roots for this performance, and Cote has simply had no answer. Don't look for these guys to contend for "Fight of the Night," but Lawlor rides out the position and takes the final round on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9, as well as the fight, 30-27. RYAN JENSEN VS. COURT MCGEE

Round 1 - Referee Herb Dean in charge of the evening's final preliminary bout. Jensen lands an early jab, though McGee fires right back. Jensen very light on his feet early. He lands stiff punch that stuns McGee, though he pops right back to his feet. The pair moves into the clinch, and Jensen wraps up the body and gets a takedown one minute in. Jensen stands to pass and delivers a few right hands. McGee works to a knee against the cage and creates some space. McGee with a left to the body. Jensen stalking and fires a few kicks that are checked. McGee having trouble getting range, and he's tagged from an overhand right. McGee lands a straight right, but Jensen immediately returns fire. Jensen misses on a Superman, and there's two minutes left. Jensen lands a right. McGee trying to move and counter, and his chin is ample, but Jensen in charge early. McGee ducks a big high kick. Jensen circles and lands a right. McGee sneaks in one punch and is caught by a big inside kikck. Jensen misses on a massive haymaker. Jensen with another right hand. Round ends, and MMAjunkie.com sees it for Jensen, 10-9.

Round 2 - Jensen takes the center again and delivers an early low kick. McGee a little lighter an moving better, but it's still Jensen managing the range best. Traded flurry. McGee gets his best combination of the night in, but Jensen answers immediately. Missed takedown from Jensen. Jensen's nose bloodied a bit. Superman and a right just short from Jensen. McGee kicks the body. McGee follows with a four-punch combo. Jensen gets a takedown from the clinch, but McGee pops immediately up and delivers two punches. Jensen definitely slowing, and McGee looks more comfortable. Two minutes left. McGee pushing forward. McGee still a bit short on occasion, but he's the aggressor now. Chants of "G-S-P" as Josh Koscheck makes his way cageside. Jensen fires off a few solid inside leg kicks. RIght hand from McGee followed by a takedown at the bell. Still close, but MMAjunkie.com gives it to McGee, 10-9.

Round 3 - McGee kicks to the body. Jensen explodes into a combo but misses. McGee lands a few shots of his own before moving forward with a powerful slamming takedown. McGee stands on the floor and passes fairly effortlessly to mount. From there, he fires right elbows. Jensen blocking, but McGee drives more elbows from the left-hand side. Jensen tries to create some room, but McGee seizes the opportunity and locks in the arm-triangle choke. He squeezes, and Jensen has no choice but to tap. Court McGee def.
