T-Mobile beats Verizon to the punch by a day and Sprint Nextel by four days
Computerworld - T-Mobile USA today said it will offer the Samsung Galaxy Tab computer Nov. 10, just a bit before other major U.S. carriers, for $399.99 after rebate and with a two-year service agreement.
Verizon Wireless last week announced a Nov. 11 sales date for the 7-inch device, while Sprint Nextel on Monday announced a Nov. 14 sales date.

T-Mobile's pricing is similar to Sprint's, with a $399.99 price and a two-year contract. Verizon will sell the Galaxy for $599.99 without a contract.
Best Buy is reportedly going to offer a Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Tab for $499.99, starting on an unknown date.
Sprint hasn't advertised it, but it will also offer the Galaxy for $599.99 without a contract and subject to new data plans costing $29.99 a month for 2GB of data and unlimited messaging or $59.99 a month for 5GB and unlimited messaging.
T-Mobile is apparently restricting customers to existing data plans with the Galaxy. A spokesman could not be reached to comment on whether T-Mobile will also sell a Galaxy without a two-year contract at a higher price.
The carriers are all emphasizing the Galaxy's 1 GHz processor speed and brilliant 7-inch touchscreen based on Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) technology. Some reports and even retailers planning to sell the Galaxy have mistakenly said the Galaxy runs with an AMOLED touchscreen, which, instead, is the type of display used in the Galaxy smartphones from Samsung.
The carriers are making some distinctions in the applications running on the Galaxy.
In T-Mobile's case, the fourth-largest U.S. carrier draws special attention to media access through Samsung Media Hub and also video chat with Qik Video Chat using the dual cameras in the Galaxy. The chat function will work over cellular as well as Wi-Fi.
T-Mobile is also noting it will have Kindle for Android for purchasing e-books loaded on the Galaxy, as well as Slacker Radio, a popular Internet radio application.
An AT&T spokeswoman wouldn't comment today on when it plans to sell the Galaxy and at what price.
