The Kardashian sisters have been criticised for leaving a scheduled appearance at Manhattan nightclub Pacha early.
New York Post column Page Six reports that Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were scheduled to appear at the venue to promote the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard for three hours for a fee of £16,600.
However, the sisters left after 45 minutes, before briefly returning and leaving again shortly afterwards.
A spokesperson for the club said: "We are extremely disappointed. They did not fill out their contractual obligations to be there for three hours.
"We also paid Khloe's travel fees. We would like a refund."
However, a representative for the Kardashians said: "The girls did all the press and meet-and-greets they were obligated to do.
"There was a miscommunication between the club and MasterCard that was not relayed to us, and so we went back."
