After losing his fight straight wins and not winning a fight since 2006, Tito Ortiz’s next opponent will be Antonio Rogerio Nogueira in March, which could take place at UFC 128 on March 19 in Abu Dhabi. UFC President Dana White announced the news in Germany ahead of UFC 122.
Ortiz (15-8-1) lost to Matt Hamill last month at UFC 121 which many thought would lead to his release. Nogueira (19-4) is coming off a loss to Ryan Bader in September after winning his previous seven fights.
UFC 128 will likely be headlined by Mauricio “Shogun” Rua vs. Rashad Evans.
