Ashlee Simpson has said that she is excited about sister Jessica's engagement.
Jessica and former NFL player Eric Johnson recently got engaged and intend to marry before Christmas.
Ashlee told E! Online: "Everything is so exciting!"
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old and husband Pete Wentz are currently planning a birthday celebration for their son Bronx, who turns 2 this weekend.
"It's going to be amazing," she added about the party.
