Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have officially finalised their divorce.
The couple - who married in July 2006 - separated in September 2009.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, an LA County Superior Court judge approved the petition to end the marriage on Tuesday.
Lavigne began dating Brody Jenner in February.
