Their version of David Bowie's 1977 classic song Heroes is out now, with all proceeds going to the wounded soldiers charity Help for Heroes.
Sixteen acts from the show are featured on the single, including Matt Cardle, Rebecca Ferguson and Cher Lloyd.
The video blends footage of soldiers currently serving overseas with scenes of the X Factor finalists meeting wounded servicemen and women, and war veterans.
The song is out now on CD and is also available to download.
