Execs at ABC have reportedly expressed interest in signing Todd Palin to appear on season 12 of Dancing With The Stars.
The husband of former Alaskan governor Sarah and father of season 11 contestant Bristol is thought to be "ratings gold" for the series.
"They want him big time," a source told E! Online.
"They'd love Sarah, but they don't think that will ever happen, so why not go for the dad?"
The network is also said to be considering former presidential candidate John McCain's daughter Megan for participation in the show's next season.
ABC has not confirmed any potential signings.
