RAW Results - 6th December 2010

Announcers - CM Punk and Jerry Lawler
We begin this week’s show with a look back at last week when Miz was given a standing ovation by the official mouthpiece of the Raw General Messenger. Then we see Jerry Lawler confront Miz, and then they had a heck of a TLC match later that night. But what will Michael Cole say led him to get involved in the match?
We are live from Louisville, Kentucky and your announcers are Jerry Lawler and CM Punk.
Punk congratulates Jerry Lawler on his performance on last week’s Raw on his birthday and he says that he thinks Jerry would have won if Cole did not get involved.
Speak of the devil, Michael Cole comes out and he says that he is going to try to explain his actions from last week. He says that he has been wrestling with this all week long. He says that the people don’t understand how traumatic last week was for him. The hate mail that he has received. He wonders how people could write those hurtful things they said. Cole will not apologize for the way he feels about the Miz. Cole says that he was the only one who supported Miz. Cole says that when Miz won the title, it was like his own son won the championship. Cole tells Jerry that last week when everything was going on and Jerry was about to win the title, Cole says that he got caught up in the emotion of the moment. Because of that, Cole says that he deeply regrets that.
Jerry says that he expected Cole to apologize since he cost him the WWE Title.
Cole says that he regrets his actions. He asks Lawler if he ever made a mistake.
Jerry says that he is going to finish what he started last week.
Cole tries to beg off Lawler while Punk says that he won’t stop Jerry. Cole wants to handle this like adults. Cole says that Lawler’s actions rang a bell in his head. Cole says that Lawler is as much to blame as Cole is.
Cole says that they are supposed to be broadcast journalists. They are supposed to report the news, not make it. He says that Jerry was the headline last week when he had to be Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler one more time. He couldn’t let the Miz have his one moment. Cole says that he doesn’t owe Lawler an apology, he tells Jerry that he owes him an apology.
Lawler is about to attack Cole when the ding ding goes off.
CM Punk plays the part of Michael Cole, but efficiently, and he says that he has received an e-mail . . . AND I QUOTE there is a cease and desist between any physicality between Lawler and Cole and a violation will result in termination. He wants Jerry to go into the ring and shake hands with Michael.
Jerry goes into the ring and Cole tells Lawler to stop, but he is obviously too far away to shake hands.
Cole offers his hand and they shake hands but Lawler holds on as Cole walks away. Jerry tells Cole no physicality but there is someone in the back who may want to say something to him.
Randy Orton’s music plays and he comes out to the ring. Cole looks like he needs to change pants while Orton slithers to the ring.
Cole tries to beg for mercy while Orton gets ready to talk. Orton tells Cole that he wants to send a message to his favorite Superstar, the Miz. He doesn’t blame Miz for cashing in the briefcase when he did because if the roles were reversed, he would have done the same thing. Orton says that they are a lot alike. Orton says that he has proven that he can back up what he says in the ring. He tells Cole to continue rooting for the Miz because injured or not, he is going to take back the title from the Miz tonight.
Miz’s music plays and he comes out with Alex Riley and his briefcase. Miz says that Randy used to be so original and stand on his own, but he now sounds like everyone who underestimated him. They were in the same Money in the Bank match and he won while Orton lost. Now Orton is in the ring with only tough talk and an injured knee while Miz is the WWE Champion. Miz says that Orton won’t be facing him for the title. Miz says that the General Manager doesn’t have to defend the title until the TLC pay per view. Miz says that Orton’s knee will be okay but Orton will lose again.
Orton wants to know where the seven guys are to work on his knee before the match. Orton tells Miz not to consider Riley as a person.
Riley says that Miz doesn’t have to lower himself to face Orton. Riley says that he has five minutes to kill so he challenges Orton.
Orton says that he has no idea what Riley just said, but he accepts the match.
Miz tells Orton that the General Manager told him that he can choose the stipulation at the pay per view. Miz says that he is going to think long and hard because his response will be like him . . . awesome.
Orton says that some might think he is too injured to compete but there is something that he can do whether he is injured or not. Orton gives Cole an RKO.

We are back with the RKO heard round the internet as Michael Cole got planted into the mat.

Punk and Lawler are joined by Josh ‘Mini Cole’ Mathews.
Nikki Bella is outside Daniel Bryan’s locker room but Brie comes out with Daniel and says that she is going to be Daniel’s tag team partner.
Ted DiBiase and Maryse vs Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella
The men start off and they lock up. Nikki makes her way to the ring as Bryan works on Ted’s arm. Ted with a top wrist lock but Bryan escapes the hold. Bryan with an arm drag into an arm bar. Ted sends Bryan into the air and then he tags in Maryse. Brie with a few drop kicks followed by a flying clothesline for a near fall. Maryse with punches followed by a hair pull that drives Brie into the mat. Maryse misses a short arm clothesline and Ted pulls Brie off Maryse. Bryan with a drop kick to Ted and Nikki changes places with Brie. Nikki with an inside cradle for the three count.
Winners: Daniel Bryan and Nikki Bella
After the match
Ted yells at Maryse and she cry but then put hand in face of Ted and walk away.

We are back and it is time to take a look back at last week’s Raw when John Cena got involved with Nexus despite being fired from WWE.
Lawler mentions that it is fitting that Wade Barrett’s interview is via satellite.
Punk introduces Wade Barrett, but David Otunga is there and he says that Wade is on his way to the arena for the tag title match. Josh asks Otunga what their strategy is for Cena. Otunga says that they might not see eye to eye, but they have a plan for John Cena and they are going to stay united.
Otunga says that his food is here, and we see that room service is not John Cena. Otunga says that the food is cold. He tells him to leave and Otunga refuses to leave. There is another knock on the door and it is John Cena and he assaults David Otunga in the hotel room. He does the same to Husky Harris and he sends him into a picture on the wall. Cena goes after Otunga. We go to commercial.
We are back and did you know that WWE programming is in a lot of countries and many languages that do not feature Michael Cole.
David Hart Smith vs Tyson Kidd with Jackson Andrews
Smith punches Kidd as the bell rings and Kidd kicks Smith and goes to the apron. Smith with a hip toss but misses a leg drop. Kidd with kicks to Smith and then he puts Smith in a surfboard. Kidd with a back kick and Smith with a clothesline and shoulder tackle. Smith with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Smith runs into a boot and then Kidd goes up top and Smith punches Kidd. Smith sets for a superplex and he hits a delayed superplex for a near fall. Kidd tries to float over and Smith catches Kidd but Kidd with a rollup and a handful of tights for the three count.
Winner: Tyson Kidd
After the match Kidd taunts Smith and Smith goes after him. Jackson Andrews attacks Smith and brings him back into the ring. Andrews with a short arm clothesline.
Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater complain about their safety because of what John Cena did earlier. Wade tells them that Cena is trying to get into their heads. Justin says that he is still hurt from last week. Otunga comes in and breathes heavily and mentions that Husky got attacked and Barrett’s plan didn’t work. Barrett reassures Slater and Gabriel as they go to the ring. Barrett tells Otunga that he is going to call out John Cena later and he tells Otunga to watch so he can see how to take care of business. Otunga tells Barrett that he better or he might have a mutiny on his hands.

Elimination Fatal Four Way Match for the WWE Tag Titles
Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov vs The Usos with Tamina vs Mark Henry and Yoshi Tatsu vs Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel
Gabriel and Yoshi start things off and Gabriel works on the arm and puts Yoshi in a hammer lock but Yoshi with a reversal. Yoshi with a side head lock and shoulder tackle but Gabriel stays on his feet. Yoshi with chops and a spinning heel kick for a near fall. Gabriel with a back heel kick and Slater tags in and Yoshi with a few arm drags into an arm bar. Henry tags in and the Usos go to the floor but Henry brings Jey into the ring and then hits a clothesline and head butt. Yoshi tags in and he chops Jey from the top turnbuckles. Jey runs Yoshi into the corner and tags in Jimmy. Jimmy punches Yoshi and Jey tags in and they hit a double elbow and then knock Henry to the floor. Jey with a head butt to Yoshi and Slater makes the blind tag and hits Sweetness on Yoshi to eliminate him.
Jimmy tags in and he sends Slater into Jey and Jey gets a near fall. Slater punches Jey and Jimmy tags in. Jey with an alley oop into a Samoan drop for Jimmy but Gabriel breaks up the cover. Jimmy with a slam but he misses a diving head butt. Slater punches Jimmy but Slater with a kick and Kozlov tags in. Jimmy sends Slater and Gabriel to the floor. Kozlov with a spinebuster to Jimmy for the three count to eliminate him.
We are down to two teams, but Tamina does not join the Usos because she wants to be with her ukulele man.
Gabriel drops Kozlov on the ropes and then he kicks Kozlov and then hits a DDT for a near fall. Slater tags in and he kicks Kozlov. Gabriel chokes Kozlov while the referee deals with Santino and Slater. Kozlov with a head butt to the midsection and Santino tags in. Santino with a suplex and he floats over but Slater with a kick and forearms. Gabriel tags in and hits a jumping back spin kick and gets a near fall. Gabriel with a boot to the back.
Gabriel with a cravate but Santino with a snap mare. Gabriel with a kick for a near fall. Slater tags back in and Gabriel chokes Santino as we go to commercial.
We are back and Gabriel has Kozlov in a front face lock but Kozlov uses his strength to get close to the corner. Gabriel with a kick but Santino tags in and he punches Gabriel and connects with a forearm. Santino with a split and hip toss followed by a diving head butt. Santino with a punch to the midsection followed by a Stunner but Slater breaks up the cover. Kozlov and Slater fight to the floor. John Cena comes into the ringside area and he distracts Gabriel and Santino with the cobra for the three count.
Winners: Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov
After the match
Tamina kisses one half of the new tag team champions and Kozlov feels left out.

We are back and it is time for a Moments Ago Moment of the way that a former WWE superstar cost Nexus their Tag Titles.
It is time to shine a light on the 2010 King of the Ring, Sheamus and he has his Red Sonja outfit on as he makes his way to the ring and we see his victory over John Morrison to become King of the Ring.
Sheamus says that it is good to be the king. He says that when he won King of the Ring, he not only won a tournament, he restored credibility to the title. He says that he is better than all of the peasants. He is a better fighter than anyone in the WWE Universe. He ended the career of Triple H, the King of Kings. He says that he kicked Hunter off his throne to become the newest High King. He talks about the last High King of Ireland. He was a man who was feared and respected. In the end, he fell and was defeated. That will never happen to him because Sheamus’ reign will last forever. He will be remembered not as Ronald McDonald or a puny Conan O’Brien, but as the greatest high king in history.
The Lizard King John Morrison tells Sheamus he should have gone big and gotten some creatures. Get some goblins or elves. What about some gnomes to be lookouts. He suggests a half-man/half-goat thing.
Sheamus tells Morrison to quit the jokes and he says that Morrison is jealous that Sheamus is a two time WWE Champion and King of the Ring while Morrison has not. He says that Morrison is jealous of what Sheamus has done in the WWE in less time than Morrison.
Morrison says that Sheamus has achieved more. He is a former WWE Champion and King of the Ring. Morrison says that he won at Survivor Series and Sheamus won last week so they are one and one. Morrison says that he is the better man.
Sheamus says that if Morrison was as funny as his athletic ability he would be the King. He wants Morrison to refer to him as ‘Your Highness’ or the High King. He wants Morrison to set an example for his subjects across the WWE Universe. He wants Morrison to get down on his hands and knees and bow to his king.
Morrison refuses. He says that there are no guarantees, except for this one. John Morrison will never bow down to King Sheamus.
Sheamus slaps Morrison and tells him to get down on his knees.
A palace revolt starts when Morrison punches Sheamus. Sheamus returns to the ring and Morrison sends Sheamus into the throne.

Layla and Michelle McCool are at the announce table to make this a five person booth.
Who Needs Heels Match
Natalya vs Melina
They shake hands before the match starts. They lock up and Natalya with a side head lock take down but Melina with a head scissors. Natalya with a delayed vertical suplex with squats for a near fall. Natalya misses a shoulder and Melina with a kick and then she hits a back breaker for a near fall. Melina with a body scissors and a full nelson with the legs but Natalya lays back and gets a near fall. Melina screams and runs into a discus clothesline. Natalya runs Melina into the corner but she runs into boots from Melina. Natalya blocks a kick and then she pulls Melina into a split and hits a drop kick. Natalya puts Melina in the sharpshooter and Melina taps out.
Winner: Natalya
After the match
Layla comes into the ring and she grabs Natalya’s leg while Michelle hits a clothesline. They send Natalya to the mat while Melina walks to the back.

We are back and Josh reminds us why he is at the announce table. Jerry Lawler sends us to the best Chanukah present possible for me, Randy Orton giving Michael Cole an RKO.
Alex Riley says that he would never let Miz down. Miz tells Riley that he is representing him and Miz is the most must-see WWE Champion. Everyone is talking about his title win. They are calling this the turning point in the history of the company. Miz tells Riley he needs to win the match. Riley says that the only way Orton leaves Louisville is on his hands and knees. Miz says that he will show Orton what his match is going to be at TLC.
We see footage from the attack on Randy Orton last week leading to Miz getting the chance to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase and become WWE Champion.
Randy Orton vs Alex Riley with Miz
Miz distracts Orton and Riley goes for the knee and then he kicks Orton in the leg. Riley wrings the leg but Orton punches Riley until the referee pulls him out of the corner. Riley drops the knee onto his shoulder and gets a near fall. Riley with elbows to the knee as he continues to work on the leg. Orton punches Riley and then hits an Olympic Slam. Orton with a punch but Riley punches back. They continue to exchange punches until Orton gains control. Orton with a reverse atomic drop followed by clotheslines. Orton with a power slam and then it is time to stare before the RKO. Instead Riley goes to the apron and Orton brings him in with the IEDDT. Orton looks at Miz before the corkscrew dive into the RKO pushups. Miz comes from behind and gives Orton a Skull Crushing Finale and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Randy Orton by disqualification
Miz gets on the mic and he says that he is going to show Orton what stipulation they are going to have at the pay per view. Miz looks under one part of the ring and sees nothing. He eventually finds a table and brings it into the ring. Miz sets up the table. Miz wants to give Orton a Skull Crushing Finale through the table, but Orton escapes and he tries for a power bomb through the table. Miz gets out of the ring.
Alex Riley isn’t out of the ring and Randy Orton has that evil look in his eye. Orton grabs Riley by the hand and then he power bombs Riley through the table.
Wade Barrett walks through the back and he tells Otunga to make sure that the rest of the guys are there as we go to commercial.
We are back and don’t forget that Raw next week is three hours long.
Wade Barrett comes to the ring and he has something to say. Wade says that he is going to admit so something he never had to admit to before. He had it wrong. He thought John Cena was a man of his word. The stipulation was Free or Fired, not Free or show up at Raw and attack Nexus.
If John Cena had one ounce of integrity in his body, he would never show up again. That isn’t how it worked out. He says that you can attack the members of Nexus as many times that you want but there is only one member of Nexus who can get him rehired.
Wade wants John Cena to come to the ring because he wants to get something off his chest.
John comes through the crowd and trespasses again as he makes his way into the ring.
The other members of Nexus come out and they stand on the stage.
Wade tells Cena that he allowed him into the ring but if he puts one foot out of line or threatens him, Nexus will come to the ring and beat him within an inch of his life.
Barrett says that Cena has problems understanding him so he will talk slowly. Barrett says that this is not going to work. He will never rehire John Cena.
Cena says that Barrett is just so stupid. Cena says being fired isn’t bad. He isn’t a WWE superstar but he is part of the WWE Universe. He has some friends in the back and he can also buy tickets to every show and he can tailgate with the WWE Universe. Cena says that he has a lot of time to think about ruining their lives. He mentions that Heath and Justin lost the titles tonight. At least it wasn’t to Santino or the cobra. Whooops. Cena asks them about what happened last week as well as the room service call. Cena says that he is fine being fired and buying tickets to every Raw to make the lives of the members of Nexus miserable. Cena says that he could care less if Barrett wants to hire him back.
Barrett says that Cena might be able to intimidate the rest of Nexus, but they Cena cannot intimidate him. Wade asks Cena how he would assure him that the attacks wouldn’t continue. Cena goes through some ideas. Cena says that he could come back and compete for the WWE Title. Cena points out that Wade is not the WWE Champion. Cena says that all he has to do is buy a ticket every week and ruin their lives.
Cena tells Wade that if he has the guts to hire him back, the attacks might stop on them, but the attacks on Wade will not. Cena says that he deserves payback and that is what he will get if Wade is a Man of Honor or a Man of Respect. He would be hired back and they would settle it in the ring tonight.
Cena says that if Barrett doesn’t hire him back, he will get him. Barrett won’t know when or where it will happen, but it will happen. It won’t stop. He says that Wade’s life will be a nightmare.
Barrett says that sounded like a threat so he tells Nexus to come down and extinguish the threat.
There must be a sound problem in the building because they don’t come to the ring. Husky Harris goes to the back and then he is followed by Heath Slater. Justin Gabriel is next, leaving David Otunga on the stage. Otung walks away.
Cena takes Barrett down and Barrett tries to run away. Cena sends Barrett into the ring steps. Cena pulls the steps to the announce table as Punk worries about the well being of his diet soda. Cena sends Barrett into the ring steps again and Cena rearranges the announce table and hands Punk his beverage. Cena picks up Barrett and he climbs the steps and he takes too long with the Attitude Adjustment and Wade Barrett runs out of the arena.
Cena walks around ringside and returns to the ring.
Wade Barrett walks in the back and he wants to know what is going on with the members of Nexus. He tells them that they listen to his orders. Otunga tells Barrett to hire Cena back or he is out of Nexus. We go to credits.

Smith sets for a superplex and he hits a delayed superplex for a near fall. Kidd tries to float over and Smith catches Kidd but Kidd with a rollup and a handful of tights for the three count.

After the match Kidd taunts Smith and Smith goes after him. Jackson Andrews attacks Smith and brings him back into the ring. Andrews with a short arm clothesline.
Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater complain about their safety because of what John Cena did earlier. Wade tells them that Cena is trying to get into their heads. Justin says that he is still hurt from last week. Otunga comes in and breathes heavily and mentions that Husky got attacked and Barrett’s plan didn’t work. Barrett reassures Slater and Gabriel as they go to the ring. Barrett tells Otunga that he is going to call out John Cena later and he tells Otunga to watch so he can see how to take care of business. Otunga tells Barrett that he better or he might have a mutiny on his hands.

Elimination Fatal Four Way Match for the WWE Tag Titles
Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov vs The Usos with Tamina vs Mark Henry and Yoshi Tatsu vs Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel
Gabriel and Yoshi start things off and Gabriel works on the arm and puts Yoshi in a hammer lock but Yoshi with a reversal. Yoshi with a side head lock and shoulder tackle but Gabriel stays on his feet. Yoshi with chops and a spinning heel kick for a near fall. Gabriel with a back heel kick and Slater tags in and Yoshi with a few arm drags into an arm bar. Henry tags in and the Usos go to the floor but Henry brings Jey into the ring and then hits a clothesline and head butt. Yoshi tags in and he chops Jey from the top turnbuckles. Jey runs Yoshi into the corner and tags in Jimmy. Jimmy punches Yoshi and Jey tags in and they hit a double elbow and then knock Henry to the floor. Jey with a head butt to Yoshi and Slater makes the blind tag and hits Sweetness on Yoshi to eliminate him.
Jimmy tags in and he sends Slater into Jey and Jey gets a near fall. Slater punches Jey and Jimmy tags in. Jey with an alley oop into a Samoan drop for Jimmy but Gabriel breaks up the cover. Jimmy with a slam but he misses a diving head butt. Slater punches Jimmy but Slater with a kick and Kozlov tags in. Jimmy sends Slater and Gabriel to the floor. Kozlov with a spinebuster to Jimmy for the three count to eliminate him.
We are down to two teams, but Tamina does not join the Usos because she wants to be with her ukulele man.
Gabriel drops Kozlov on the ropes and then he kicks Kozlov and then hits a DDT for a near fall. Slater tags in and he kicks Kozlov. Gabriel chokes Kozlov while the referee deals with Santino and Slater. Kozlov with a head butt to the midsection and Santino tags in. Santino with a suplex and he floats over but Slater with a kick and forearms. Gabriel tags in and hits a jumping back spin kick and gets a near fall. Gabriel with a boot to the back.
Gabriel with a cravate but Santino with a snap mare. Gabriel with a kick for a near fall. Slater tags back in and Gabriel chokes Santino as we go to commercial.
We are back and Gabriel has Kozlov in a front face lock but Kozlov uses his strength to get close to the corner. Gabriel with a kick but Santino tags in and he punches Gabriel and connects with a forearm. Santino with a split and hip toss followed by a diving head butt. Santino with a punch to the midsection followed by a Stunner but Slater breaks up the cover. Kozlov and Slater fight to the floor. John Cena comes into the ringside area and he distracts Gabriel and Santino with the cobra for the three count.
Winners: Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov

Tamina kisses one half of the new tag team champions and Kozlov feels left out.

We are back and it is time for a Moments Ago Moment of the way that a former WWE superstar cost Nexus their Tag Titles.
It is time to shine a light on the 2010 King of the Ring, Sheamus and he has his Red Sonja outfit on as he makes his way to the ring and we see his victory over John Morrison to become King of the Ring.
Sheamus says that it is good to be the king. He says that when he won King of the Ring, he not only won a tournament, he restored credibility to the title. He says that he is better than all of the peasants. He is a better fighter than anyone in the WWE Universe. He ended the career of Triple H, the King of Kings. He says that he kicked Hunter off his throne to become the newest High King. He talks about the last High King of Ireland. He was a man who was feared and respected. In the end, he fell and was defeated. That will never happen to him because Sheamus’ reign will last forever. He will be remembered not as Ronald McDonald or a puny Conan O’Brien, but as the greatest high king in history.
The Lizard King John Morrison tells Sheamus he should have gone big and gotten some creatures. Get some goblins or elves. What about some gnomes to be lookouts. He suggests a half-man/half-goat thing.
Sheamus tells Morrison to quit the jokes and he says that Morrison is jealous that Sheamus is a two time WWE Champion and King of the Ring while Morrison has not. He says that Morrison is jealous of what Sheamus has done in the WWE in less time than Morrison.
Morrison says that Sheamus has achieved more. He is a former WWE Champion and King of the Ring. Morrison says that he won at Survivor Series and Sheamus won last week so they are one and one. Morrison says that he is the better man.
Sheamus says that if Morrison was as funny as his athletic ability he would be the King. He wants Morrison to refer to him as ‘Your Highness’ or the High King. He wants Morrison to set an example for his subjects across the WWE Universe. He wants Morrison to get down on his hands and knees and bow to his king.
Morrison refuses. He says that there are no guarantees, except for this one. John Morrison will never bow down to King Sheamus.
Sheamus slaps Morrison and tells him to get down on his knees.
A palace revolt starts when Morrison punches Sheamus. Sheamus returns to the ring and Morrison sends Sheamus into the throne.

Who Needs Heels Match
Natalya vs Melina
They shake hands before the match starts. They lock up and Natalya with a side head lock take down but Melina with a head scissors. Natalya with a delayed vertical suplex with squats for a near fall. Natalya misses a shoulder and Melina with a kick and then she hits a back breaker for a near fall. Melina with a body scissors and a full nelson with the legs but Natalya lays back and gets a near fall. Melina screams and runs into a discus clothesline. Natalya runs Melina into the corner but she runs into boots from Melina. Natalya blocks a kick and then she pulls Melina into a split and hits a drop kick. Natalya puts Melina in the sharpshooter and Melina taps out.
Winner: Natalya
After the match
Layla comes into the ring and she grabs Natalya’s leg while Michelle hits a clothesline. They send Natalya to the mat while Melina walks to the back.

We are back and Josh reminds us why he is at the announce table. Jerry Lawler sends us to the best Chanukah present possible for me, Randy Orton giving Michael Cole an RKO.
Alex Riley says that he would never let Miz down. Miz tells Riley that he is representing him and Miz is the most must-see WWE Champion. Everyone is talking about his title win. They are calling this the turning point in the history of the company. Miz tells Riley he needs to win the match. Riley says that the only way Orton leaves Louisville is on his hands and knees. Miz says that he will show Orton what his match is going to be at TLC.
We see footage from the attack on Randy Orton last week leading to Miz getting the chance to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase and become WWE Champion.
Randy Orton vs Alex Riley with Miz
Miz distracts Orton and Riley goes for the knee and then he kicks Orton in the leg. Riley wrings the leg but Orton punches Riley until the referee pulls him out of the corner. Riley drops the knee onto his shoulder and gets a near fall. Riley with elbows to the knee as he continues to work on the leg. Orton punches Riley and then hits an Olympic Slam. Orton with a punch but Riley punches back. They continue to exchange punches until Orton gains control. Orton with a reverse atomic drop followed by clotheslines. Orton with a power slam and then it is time to stare before the RKO. Instead Riley goes to the apron and Orton brings him in with the IEDDT. Orton looks at Miz before the corkscrew dive into the RKO pushups. Miz comes from behind and gives Orton a Skull Crushing Finale and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Randy Orton by disqualification
Miz gets on the mic and he says that he is going to show Orton what stipulation they are going to have at the pay per view. Miz looks under one part of the ring and sees nothing. He eventually finds a table and brings it into the ring. Miz sets up the table. Miz wants to give Orton a Skull Crushing Finale through the table, but Orton escapes and he tries for a power bomb through the table. Miz gets out of the ring.
Alex Riley isn’t out of the ring and Randy Orton has that evil look in his eye. Orton grabs Riley by the hand and then he power bombs Riley through the table.
Wade Barrett walks through the back and he tells Otunga to make sure that the rest of the guys are there as we go to commercial.
We are back and don’t forget that Raw next week is three hours long.
Wade Barrett comes to the ring and he has something to say. Wade says that he is going to admit so something he never had to admit to before. He had it wrong. He thought John Cena was a man of his word. The stipulation was Free or Fired, not Free or show up at Raw and attack Nexus.
If John Cena had one ounce of integrity in his body, he would never show up again. That isn’t how it worked out. He says that you can attack the members of Nexus as many times that you want but there is only one member of Nexus who can get him rehired.
Wade wants John Cena to come to the ring because he wants to get something off his chest.
John comes through the crowd and trespasses again as he makes his way into the ring.
The other members of Nexus come out and they stand on the stage.
Wade tells Cena that he allowed him into the ring but if he puts one foot out of line or threatens him, Nexus will come to the ring and beat him within an inch of his life.
Barrett says that Cena has problems understanding him so he will talk slowly. Barrett says that this is not going to work. He will never rehire John Cena.
Cena says that Barrett is just so stupid. Cena says being fired isn’t bad. He isn’t a WWE superstar but he is part of the WWE Universe. He has some friends in the back and he can also buy tickets to every show and he can tailgate with the WWE Universe. Cena says that he has a lot of time to think about ruining their lives. He mentions that Heath and Justin lost the titles tonight. At least it wasn’t to Santino or the cobra. Whooops. Cena asks them about what happened last week as well as the room service call. Cena says that he is fine being fired and buying tickets to every Raw to make the lives of the members of Nexus miserable. Cena says that he could care less if Barrett wants to hire him back.
Barrett says that Cena might be able to intimidate the rest of Nexus, but they Cena cannot intimidate him. Wade asks Cena how he would assure him that the attacks wouldn’t continue. Cena goes through some ideas. Cena says that he could come back and compete for the WWE Title. Cena points out that Wade is not the WWE Champion. Cena says that all he has to do is buy a ticket every week and ruin their lives.
Cena tells Wade that if he has the guts to hire him back, the attacks might stop on them, but the attacks on Wade will not. Cena says that he deserves payback and that is what he will get if Wade is a Man of Honor or a Man of Respect. He would be hired back and they would settle it in the ring tonight.
Cena says that if Barrett doesn’t hire him back, he will get him. Barrett won’t know when or where it will happen, but it will happen. It won’t stop. He says that Wade’s life will be a nightmare.
Barrett says that sounded like a threat so he tells Nexus to come down and extinguish the threat.
There must be a sound problem in the building because they don’t come to the ring. Husky Harris goes to the back and then he is followed by Heath Slater. Justin Gabriel is next, leaving David Otunga on the stage. Otung walks away.
Cena takes Barrett down and Barrett tries to run away. Cena sends Barrett into the ring steps. Cena pulls the steps to the announce table as Punk worries about the well being of his diet soda. Cena sends Barrett into the ring steps again and Cena rearranges the announce table and hands Punk his beverage. Cena picks up Barrett and he climbs the steps and he takes too long with the Attitude Adjustment and Wade Barrett runs out of the arena.
Cena walks around ringside and returns to the ring.
Wade Barrett walks in the back and he wants to know what is going on with the members of Nexus. He tells them that they listen to his orders. Otunga tells Barrett to hire Cena back or he is out of Nexus. We go to credits.
