Chantelle Houghton has criticised Kerry Katona's new fitness DVD, claiming that it encourages viewers to lose too much weight quickly.
Ultimate Big Brother star Houghton, who also has a workout DVD on sale, hit out at Katona's method of shedding almost three stone, branding it "dangerous".
She told the Daily Star: "It’s cheeky to label a DVD Real Fitness when she’s lost the weight through liposuction and extreme dieting.
"It’s actually dangerous for fans to follow it."
Houghton, whose DVD Boot Camp Workout was released in time for Christmas, also labelled Katona "a bad example".
She added: "I don’t agree with one of those fad diets or workouts where you suddenly drop the weight. Because you’ll just put it all back on again.
"The difference with my fitness DVD is that it’s realistic. I have kept my regime going for a healthier lifestyle. It should be about healthy weight loss."
